HELP! - Sketch Commissions
Hey guys,
As you may or may not know, my computer is currently down due to the hard drive failing. I’ve sent off the defective HDD to get a replacement, so it’s gonna be a few weeks until I can work on my computer. So that means lack of digital work and commissions form.
However, this entire ordeal has sent the fire under my butt regarding my computer fund into a raging blaze and even with my computer being down, I’m not gonna sit around and do nothing.
So here’s the deal: To help raise more money for my New Computer fund, I am currently going to start offering physical sketch commissions.
Inquiry
Seeing as my computer’s once again in the shop, the fire under my ass regarding my computer fund has been set ablaze. It’s also gotten me thinking about ways to possibly help boost that fund to a more workable number for my new system. I just need your guys’ opinion on it.
I was thinking (some of you may have seen this over on dA) of offering $5 physical sketch commissions. Those being, of course, actual drawings on actual paper. Not digital, seeing as I can’t use my computer at this point in time.
It would be similar to the set up I have when at conventions: I usually offer up to sketch up to two character per sheet of paper for $5. Here, it would be the same, only you pay via PayPal and I mail you the finished sketch and stuff.
I might be able to offer a free sticker of choice in with that, too~
So yeah… I’m just trying to see if anyone would be interested in that? Cause I really need all the help I can get to raise the funding for my new computer. My current computer’s issues just give me heart attacks and today’s little scare just… added even more to my worry.

Though I’m just using that line because it was funny, I actually kind of mean that. That’s how I felt yesterday about what’s recently happened, so in a small way, I still feel that way about it.
Anyway, what I’m getting at, I have a lot going on for me suddenly. This all just happened yesterday, in the course of about ten minutes, and at the time, I didn’t really know how to react. Next week, Wednesday, I’ll be leaving. I’m flying down to my aunt’s in Texas to basically play nurse (or MEDIC!!!!!!) until the beginning of September, to help her while she recovers from her broken leg.
